Bradd joined Catalina Capital Group as Managing Director of Corporate Retirement Plans in 2017. He has more than 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and has worked exclusively in the area of corporate retirement plans for more than 10 years. During that time he worked with Principal Financial Group and most recently at Securian Retirement. His expertise includes implementing best-in-class solutions for 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), 457(f), Profit Sharing, Defined Benefit, ESOP and Non-qualified retirement plans.
Over his career he has gained valuable experience in developing custom, results oriented solutions for retirement plan clients. He is passionate about partnering with business owners and executives to help them achieve all their retirement plan goals and objectives. Catalina Capital Group serves in a fiduciary capacity for each of its clients and Bradd takes the lead role in providing an unbiased and conflict fee approach to always doing what’s in each client’s best interest. Step-by-step guidance is provided to ensure plan cost effectiveness, investment performance, operational efficiency, participant retirement readiness and plan compliance.
Bradd is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration. He has also achieved the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) which represents a thorough knowledge of sound fiduciary best practices.
